Our only service offered is Full Service maintenance contracts April 1st through November 1st.
This contract includes Spring Clean Up “ SCU” cutting down the winter perennial’s left up for interest through the winter, removal of all debris, Fertilizing of all plant material and turf. We will asses the landscapes for any damage that might have happened over winter, Apply a weed preventor to all beds and cracks on property such as bricks and drives. We will also start up irrigation system and review coverage of all heads, make any changes that need to be done and notify you of any repairs needed.
Weekly Maintenance of approximately 27 weeks, with in these weeks we will mow the turf in different pattern each week, We will bag if necessary as removing grass weekly robs the soil of nutrients. We will use the correct size mower deck to match size of lawn as to present a better looking lawn. We will control weeds weekly of turf, beds and cracks to keep the property weed free, We will line trim all areas mower can not get and will keep it the same height as turf. We will walk property to find any problems suck as turf Fungus, Tree Fungus, Insect issues in turf and plant material and communicate with home owner or property Management. We will prune shrubs naturally unless in a hedge and Lilac’s will be pruned with in 3 weeks of final bloom. We will control the irrigation clock to monitor the amount of water used and needed based upon current weather conditions. We will monitor the property for any issue’s that we see even if not in our field of work to keep homeowner informed about their property.
“FCU” - We will remove all leaves from property, cut down perennials that do not meet the winter interest forms needed, These perennials are Grass’s, Black Eyed Susan, Cone flowers, Hydrangea. Roll up hose and disconnect from house, We offer to cover and store patio furniture for winter on site.
We offer and recommend Winter pruning of shrubs and ornamentals to keep shape and size desired, This is done January through March.
